Season Pass Pick-Up / Delivery

New passholders will require a photo. You can log into your online account to upload a photo.

If you have a season pass from 2013/2014 you will be able to reuse that pass again for the 2014/2015 Season! However, if you would prefer a new pass or an updated photo, please call our Season Pass Administration Office at 970.871.5268, and request a new pass be mailed to you.

Passes will be mailed in October, after final balance payments have been processed on September 15, 2014. We do not mail internationally so please check-in at our Season Pass Office to pick up your pass.

How do I login?

Click here if you’ve purchased products from us before but you don't know how to sign in. We’ll guide you through the steps of finding your customer record and creating an account.

I am trying to renew my season pass but I couldn’t remember my old log in so I created a new account and I have no option to renew.

This is because the new account you created is not connected to your old account and does not know that you had a pass product last year. Please contact us 877-276-2628 for either your old login information or we can merge your old account with your new account.

I have a medical issue and my doctor says I can’t ski/ride this winter. How do I get a refund?

How do I submit a liability waiver?

Click here, or on "Waiver" in the main menu. You will be prompted to Login. In the "Release of Liability Information" section click on the "Accept" button. Read the form, click on the "I Agree" check box, then type in "I AGREE" in the space provided. You must then type in your name as it is displayed in the top left of the screen in the space provided. These fields are case sensitive. The screen will refresh and on the right side of the screen a green check mark will appear next to "All required authorizations have been completed".

What is Kids Ski Free?

Kids Ski Free™: One child (12 and under) is eligible to receive a FREE Season Pass with parent/grandparent purchase of a full price Adult Steamboat Season Pass. Senior rates do not apply.

Age category is determined by November 26, 2014.

Each additional child or teen in the same family can purchase a specially priced Family Season Pass. Senior rates do NOT apply. Kids Ski Free™ does NOT apply to STEAMBOAT 6 or 15 Day Passes. All orders will be reviewed for purchase requirements.
